Main Features:

1. The combustion of incinerator body is designed according to the principle of 3T (Temperature, Time and Vortex) to ensure the full oxidization, thermal decomposition and combustion of exhaust gas in combustion chamber, making the organic compound destruction rate reach above 99.99%.

2. The accurate residence time is designed to ensure the thorough combustion of organic substances in the exhaust gas. Under normal working conditions, the temperature of combustion chamber is above 850℃, while the fume residence time is≥1.5s to ensure the complete decomposition of organic substances. Heat storage & insulating materials are available in the incinerator.

3. The exhaust nozzle is of vortex type, making the exhaust gas flow into the incinerator in a rotary form, and generating effective dispersion and mixture effect; the exhaust gas, fuel gas and combustion air are fully mixed in the incinerator, which helps enhance the combustion speed and efficiency, lower the excess air coefficient and save fuel.

4. High security: The function of pre-sweeping before startup is available to prevent the flammable gas inside the incinerator from explosion; flame detectors are installed inside the incinerator and transfer pipeline, which will automatically cut off the exhaust gas supply immediately upon flameout or backfire inside the incinerator. This can ensure the safe and reliable operation.
